Armia has high offensive upside and in his mock draft French compared Lemieux to Wayne Simmonds (had him going in the 1st round). He's done really well in the OHL this year and could be a solid one for us in a few years.

Well were hoping nuge and draisaitl are a quality 1-2 down the middle

were hoping nurse, klefbom and marincin can be a quality foundation on defence.

We're hoping hall, ebs, yaks, Pouliot can be a solid foundation on the wings

But we wait for now I guess

lol...no they probably wont be, but it all depends. If Yak doesnt develop into a productive 2nd line winger, if Nurse ior Draisaitl end up busts or Klefbom gets injured then it could take longer, but if everyone develops as they should we'll be fine...as long as we get a goalie.
realistically, a good hockey team needs quality talent in rthe following positions

1C, 1LW, 1RW
2C, 2RWor LW
3C ( checking)
1D, 2D, 3D,4D
starting goalie

I'll take credit for being the first one to suggest on the Leafs threads that the Leafs take offers on him. It really was all about the return. I don't see much difference between him and Reimer, but Bernier is going to demand bigger bucks and is worth more in trade.

Leafs will be competing for lottery picks for the next years anyway.
