McKenzie just wrote the Leafs are asking for a 1st and a prospect for Franson. Just for reference.

Opinions vary for me on Foligno, he's a " name " here in Buffalo. I know he's hurt a little much, not for sure Foligno is the guy to go.

They are going to want a roster player in trade only ones who are available and worth it for the Jets sake are

Foligino, Stewart and Stafford. Ennis just signed a decently large contract he's not going anywhere yet. We really only have to offer one of those three one of our 1sts and hopefully a depth B prospect at center like Hurley

No way Franson gets that much IMO either. There are a few D-men available this year

I'm sure they want a roster player, I agree.

Reference as in if they are asking for a 1st and a prospect for him, some of the light offers for Kane are going to have to get heavier because Winnipeg is going to be asking for a lot. URF's Stewart and Stafford will be throw in's for 20 games and playoffs.

Thing is though, if you want Kane at the deadline you aren't a playoff team, so right there half of the teams are eliminated. I don't think there will be a huge bidding war for him. He is a risk

I saw someone at the game on Sunday with one that had Conacher on it. I sure hope it was given to him or something because if he bought it, he really needs to re-evaluate how he makes those kinds of decisions.

Well then I hold on to him until the draft and deal him then but maybe they really feel the need to ditch him even though he is injured, having surgery and mostly away from the team.

The black red and white late 90s - early 2000's jersey's should be the 3rd jerseys. Weren't they suppose to have a game this year they wore them? Maybe I'm remembering things differently.

I don't like the sleeves either. It's dumb that they change to gray halfway down the sleeve. If the front was blue like the back and they left the sides under the arms yellow like they are now, I think it would look a lot better.

I understand the desire to sell more merch with these alternates, but the originals were pretty flawless for a first design. They will never improve on those.

I wish they wore brighter blue. The navy is so dark that most of the time you can barely tell it's blue instead of black.

Don't get me wrong. I definitely want to come in last so we at worst get Eichel. But I have a 95% feeling a team finishing 2-6 range will win the lottery this year and get McDavid. I don't think a team whose came in last has won it in a few years and even tougher odds this year. I'm trying to get excited about Eichel as he's obviously one of the better prospects of the last couple years but he's no McDavid

What about the last 2 years when he was the leading scorer on the team?
- ImThatGuy

Last game I went to, guy behind me is ragging on Hodgson, and I don't mind because I want him off the team as much as anyone. But then the guy in the same breath says "I dont even remember the last Sabre who had a 20-goal season." Head shake.

I agree. However, I wouldn't want to finish 29th and get neither.

Would Eichel be considered better than MacKinnon?

It's a little disheartening that another non-playoff team so easily dominates possession.
