I hear ya...personally I think every team should at least be calling the Jets to find out what the value is. But I'm not throwing a whole lot for this kid unless I have some serious leadership and a top notch centre to pair him with.

Ok go be fair booths injury was to the head ending in a major concussion, so for him not to go to the net or the corners mskes sense, far cry from a shoulder injury in which the player is stiill hitting and going to the net/corners...before going on the ir..

True but on the flip side you can have a guy like Roberts who broke his neck and came back and had a great ending to his career ...all im saying is i myself dont believe that this injury to kanes shoulder is one that will hamper his playing style

Habs move out 4.5m in players and take 6m in ROR back. I dont see how that is a big deal, I think the Habs have 1.2-1.3m in space right now. Probably not that hard to make it work
