Exactly - like someone else said earlier - with an established veteran leadership core that will make him realize he needs to act and play the right way or he'll be an outcast.

I see Kane going to a team like NYR, NYI, or even Pittsburgh somehow. I just cant imagine the Jets, who have a decent chance to make the playoffs, trading him to a Western Conference contender they may play in the playoffs. I also, don't think he gets traded to a Western Conference team that's not a contender because most of those teams know he won't do very well there/they most likely don't have the leadership to put him in his place.
