I am a strong believer in vets like him being able to mentor the youth so would have been nice to see him given a shot at that with the up and coming D.

My favourite player since his arrival. If he does play, I would want to trade him at the deadline. He deserves a cup.

Yep. The way Kimmo told it, the clots in his leg are chronic and will not move. He's at minimal risk for them to be an issue. That said, he didn't go too deeply into it. I expect more tomorrow, as he said he'll do one on ones with the media

not much. just getting in. will be able to catch most of the flyers/islanders at the gym. isles games are typically pretty good hockey to watch.
