The catch is that Bennett is sitting because he isn't producing offensively. He is playing a perimeter game which we all agree is happening far too often with this team. Meanwhile Arcobello (who was traded by the Oilers and waived by the Preds) isn't afraid to go to the net and engage in the corner.

Taylor pyatt could go to the net. Must be pretty good then. Not every player has to be Gary Roberts. Beau can score from the perimeter. The problem was his entire line would stay on the outside. If he played with Malkin and hornqvist, they'd open room to let him be the playmaker he can be

Well if his linemates want to stay outside, that first round draft pick should able to recognize that and alter his game.

Bennett has been a non-factor since...I can't even remember the last time he looked effective.

And if Bennett can score from the outside, then why the hell wasn't he.

Have you watched a single game that Bennett has played this year? I know its very few due to his fragility and him being a healthy scratch for doing nothing ... if you have watched, you would know he is worthless right now. If Vancouver wants to offer Kassian, who I think is a bust, straight up, I pull the trigger on that one without question. At least Kassian serves a purpose.
