Lots of people want to get out of their leases early. it's very simple to transfer a lease to another person.

wow, that's like david perron calling out his teammates before being moved to the pens, except you know wheeler isn't going anywhere. Bye bye Kane, but it may not be until the summer if he opts for surgery that ends his season.

I would bet that Evander Kane can be had in trade very, very cheap, because I can't imagine that there will be too many teams in the league that would want to add a malcontent who quits on his teammates (or could be currently using an injury as leverage) at the price of $5 million + a year.

As crazy as this seems, Kane, if he continues like this, might actually find his way onto waivers one day.

While not the biggest fan I do agree that right now Bailey is not the problem. Do I like him on the 1st line? Not really but he is putting up points I guess. My problem with Bailey is he plays a soft game and is a bit on the lazy side. Factor in he plays with zero passion and that's not something that I like to see out of any player
- Vukota

He's got no snarl, but you can say that about a couple of guys up front. Bailey may accumulate points playing with JT, but I really don't notice him do anything in particular out there, good or bad.

My guess is he gets shutdown for the remainder of the season and has surgery. Then he gets traded during the summer around draft time
- Vukota

Seriously, what's with the hype around Evander Kane? I really don't think he's anything special. He's a solid player, but not elite. He's certainly not worth trading top prospects for.

Fully agree with you. Completely. I don't see anything special except maybe we can trade for the track suit.

Has crappy lost his Mind?
MacD on the first line is maddening but you break up the 4th Line? On top of that you have Stromer drop to the 4th line and have Casey center Nelly and Lee? Neilson Grabo and Kuli make sense but then put the kid line back together and leave the fourth line in tack and then put MacD on the first line if you think that's where he belongs. I hope this lineup Stape Tweeted is a mistake because if not I just can't believe it
