not too sure, ones 20 the other is 21,I think Biggs could make the NHL one day because hes starting to understand what his game needs to be in order to be effective- bottom of the line up that chips and chases and bang the body kinda like a Darren McCarty, guys only played 90 AHL games, lets wait till hes 24,
laugh all ya want but a 21yr old with 90 games in with no ice time seems too early to write off

I haven't watched much of the Leafs so forgive my ignorance, but how good is Franson in relation to other D-Men? The reason I ask is it seemed like last year he wasn't very popular , has he made gains this year?
Is he a legit top D on decent teams with a solid partner? Can he carry the load on a mediocre team?

Not by any means is he someone to carry the load.. But he is a good fourth Dman and PP specialist with his shot. Leafs fans never look at positives but he's a right handed shot, 6 foot 5 and hits,,which every one ignores because he's not Scott Stevens with open ice hit and he plays for the leafs. 6th in the league for defence with 140 hits though.. And we aquired him for absolutely nothing. (Robert Slaney and Brett lebda... but saying that, he has his flaws in the d-zone and does get beat with speed but how many guys 6'5 can keep up.
