The top 4 in the division are actually pretty good teams. The East isn't the push over it was last year. Flyers have no chance at the playoffs. It's over
- PhillySportsGuy

Hate to say it, but I think you are right. Can't see either one of Caps, Bruins, or Rags falling too far down the standings.
Let's make some smart moves Hexy!

He's also stupid and can't control himself
- Jsaquella

I don't think Rinaldo is stupid and can't control himself. I think he makes costly mistakes that could be more known as reckless and I think he's not very talented as a player but I don't think he's stupid. In terms of being someone who can't control himself, I've never seen Rinaldo have a fit if things do not go his way like I've seen Downie and Carcillo do because they don't know when to shut up. I'm not standing up for Rinaldo, I just think there is a difference.

I think he's stupid. He knows he's gonna get suspended and then makes jokes about it to the media. That's (frank)ing stupid.

He is one of the most undisciplined players I have ever seen. it's not just throwing hits, it's playing smart within a system and not running around like a moron looking for big hits. That's being out of control and playing stupid.

Disagree though its a long shot its possible...keep pace now and win some head to heads vs Washington and things could get real interesting. Its a shame the Flyers waited this long to start playing decent.

Very well put!!
He is the most undisciplined player I can remember.
Usually a player will give you something else, (another element or skill), that makes their stupidity tolerable.
His E N G, isn't worth it.

This month alone the Flyers play Caps twice, if they are going to do anything it will have to be this month cause their schedule gets much harder in March.

Leafs and flyers are alike in so many ways recently.

Watching some of that reminded me of the flyers when berube took over, adjusting to the tight checking.

Who the hell has been overhyped in the Flyers' prospect list recently? They haven't had any hyped prospects because they've traded their picks away.

Here's his problem. He is ineffective playing a structured style of play. He knows it. Coaches are figuring this out. He had to be licking his chomps with the game plan for that pens game. What he said is true, Him taking out letang was a positive for the flyers and only helped them win that game. That was his contribution

Well, I guess nothing is impossible until it's impossible. The Bruins and Caps are the current wild card seeds in the east. They are on pace for 99 and 98 points respectively. The Flyers would need to go 21-5-5 just to tie the Caps as the 8th seed.

Florida is really the only one with a chance of taking a top 8 playoff spot from a current team. It's just really difficult to make up ground with this current point system.

Hitting players is away to ware down the teams opponents. What does Rinaldo bring if he's not hitting? He's not going to simply forfeit his spot on the team. Sometimes hits are late. It's all depends on the timing in a fast pace. Personally I could careless about Letang. Letang is fine.

Carcillo and Downie are far more undisciplined.

When his head went into the boards, I remembered a brawl we had with them a few years back, when he personally picked out Timmonen & beat him up.
I never forgot that, so yeah EF-him.

That's exactly my mindset. Letang isn't this innocent squeaky clean player. If Rinaldo wanted to kill Letang, Letang would be dead.
