How about the fact that he has completely turned his defensive game around while still maintaining his pts from last season? That in it's own is improvement enough. Once he rounds out both ends of the ice he will be a very valuable piece. Or how about the fact that he's still 24 and won't even hit his prime for a few more years.

Kadri is getting better, in fact he's probably the only Leaf buying into a more defensive game. His even strength offense is still pretty decent, give him Bozak's PP time, and he'd have no problem hitting 55 points.

Kadri has gotten much better. He has committed to playing a 200 foot game, he's making smarter plays and he's just been overall a better player. He's been a bright spot so far this year.
