Say that the Devils are picking 7-9th ( I'm hoping for 3-5 ) and there is a slew of defenders available what is that pick worth to trade down and would it be worth it to potentially get a really good prospect and a later first in this really strong draft or is a hannafin or kylington or werenski worth more that any potential trade from a team looking to move up and take a defender ?

Wanted them to get JJ in the offseason to play with JT. Devils prob asking more(or getting better offers) than we have, currently, with no 1st pick this July.

I think we would be fooling ourselves with a trade between division rivals. The price for you to acquire jagr would have to be more then what it would cost sj or St louis ect. It wouldn't be worth it to give up that kind of asset for a rental and even if he stays he is 42. I guess that of course means what Garth snow answers the phone

I don't think we need an ekblad as bad as we need a eichel, strome, marner ect with severson and Larsson and co. Don't get me wrong ekblad could be better and likely is right now better then both of those guys I still think they are good enough to not have to take bpa in hanifin and draft need in a forward.
