I watched a couple minutes, saw the score and the way the "defense" was playing, and decided since there was no hockey on I'd find something else to watch.

Remind you too much of the Flyers' defense?

I only watched because Jake and G were playing but i wouldn't have gone out of my way to watch it. I do enjoy the skills competition because its fun to see the guys show their stuff and their personalities. That I did DVR and watch when I got home Saturday night.

Zacha had so much forward momentum in the rankings, too. Pity.

Sounds like the WWE needs some new script writers. Perhaps a focus group?

Between this and the Lesnar/Undertaker thing, I would think so.

per my legal counsel, I can't discuss details of the case. I can discuss a wrestling thing I didn't really watch, though.

Well, he did star in that film a few years back...

It's only a matter of time until Ted Diabiase and IRS are able to buy the belt from Andre The Giant.

I thought I saw L Schenn on the ice, then I noticed it was broken stick lying on the faceoff dot.

I heard AMac was thought about participating, then he heard how difficult the defensive system was going to be and opted out to save face.

Luke Schenn has the mobility to make it to a faceoff dot?

I enjoy the skills challenge, and even parts of the game. Letting the audience vote always drives me nuts though...
The awkwardness of some moments is what makes it funny...
I could do without much of the commentary and hype, like everyone else. But it's fun to see amazing players do incredible things. So I enjoyed the snatches I caught.

That movie was awesome. It also inspired the cripple fight from South Park.

And I didn't see the Hulk Hogan movie, but I heard it was better than the Dustin Diamond one.

NHL commissioner Gary Bettman said the salary cap "does not fall off a cliff," even with the Canadian dollar continuing to plummet. Canada's loonie closed at 80.4 cents compared to one American dollar on Friday, nearly 20 percent lower than what it was in 2013.

At 82 cents, Bettman said next year's salary cap would be $72.2 million. At 80 cents, it would be $71.7 million. The original projection in December was $73 million. This year's salary cap is $69 million.

I agree, same for the majority of the skills competition. Unwatchable.
- MJL

Agreed. It is generally unwatchable, but those GoPro cameras made it impossibly unwatchable. The angles sucked.
