I want the leafs to get Orielly. Having Phaneuf and orielly the main pieces in a deal is good. But we don't know what other teams are offering. If not Colorado Anaheim , Dallas, LA or a dark horse Edmonton(unlikely though)

Philly: 2015 1st and Streit/Vinny

The Leafs should do a 48 hour auction for Dion and tell the teams interested, put your best offer forward, because in 48 hours, the best offer gets him. Something else to consider, is the longer they wait going towards the deadline, the less of a cap issue it will be for the team taking him.

I want the first. It will be around 25, so it's not as valuable, but used in a bundle later, you could move up a few spots in the draft to grab someone that you've got your eye on.

Sure. I believe he is a UFA. In most trades we have Dion in we should take a sallary dump. Unless it's too lengthy....

Yes but he's overpaid so if the ducks were to get Dion I'm sure they would want to dump Souray so they have some cap flexibility for some depth trades they may want to make.

We just need to pull a Tampa and give him less minutes, going down the stretch. Dion is the one that might motivate this group. At least he's trying to do everything out there, but failing. Fighting, hitting, pinching.....the rest aren't trying as hard as Dion.
