nope, they did the same with Ghetto last year, they give the vets a chance. Hudon will get his next year, all of part of his development. Detroit never rushed their prospects..

I think it's clear they won't call him up this season unless they are absolutely obligated to. Seems they really want him to spend the whole season there, and play top line minutes to keep developing

I just feel bad for the kid busting his balls playing above everybody's expectations and seeing all the carreer AHLers around him getting called up. Imagine how bad he's itching to have a taste of the NHL.
