Says the guy making the "helmet" remark.

Just sayin.

True enough, I get a little irritated when someone doesn’t even watch the video and try and look at it, and calls out Boychuk’s accidental collision versus downie running his knee or breaking his stick in half over nelson’s back last game.

Let's just all agree that Topshelf Mountain is a racist timeist and have a group hug.

I watched the hit and could go either was, similar to when Crosby was concussed at the Winter Classic against Washington. The games too fast to be certain either way.

Agreed. Maybe Rinaldo just lost an edge at top speed and kind of toppled into Letang.

No issues from me whoever joins in on this blog. It's hockey and why I come here.

Nor do I but we all have our opinions & it's poor form when somebody decides your opinion should be chastised because the opinion is a play from an opposing teams player.

Anyway, hopefully the team can regain some confidence today & keep getting the shots on goal - some might just go in today.

Considering boychuk moved up to keep the puck in the zone and played it about a second before colliding with Malkin, I think it’s safe to say he wasn’t hunting him.

I was late to class, I thought he was still referencing Boychuks hit. Rinaldo is a POS and should be gone for a bit, same for the guy that elbowed Bortz.

I would seriously love to see Downie skate down the ice, grab his stick at one end with both hands, and just start violently swinging it above his head in a circular fashion, and skate at Chicago players at top speed. Because it would be hilarious.

Ever think Boychuck did what he did to say to Downie - try that again & Malkin sits?

A player of his caliber knows how to skate & knows how to hit. But keep denying.

Now I'll leave you in peace & I'll go back to work/sorry back to reading that book with lots of fun colours & things - but no naked women.

right...so rather than review the video, let's wonder what kind of hypothetical situations we can create, none of them involving any pens going after boychuk at all because he went to their bench and apologized for it, but I'm sure he did it on purpose.

here, I'll even make it easier for you:

follow the puck.

I would actually put money on him doing something similar before his career is over

He'll do that if he feels like his roster spot is in jeopardy. Hack right into some poor unsuspecting guy from Finland.
