What do you think it costs?

Myers, Ennis and St. Louis 1st for Hall

Myers, Foligno (Grigorenko) and 1st for Duchene

I know what you're getting at, Cab (that Duchene won't come cheap), but I'd be very, very hesitant on moving Gus.

He's the type of player that's going to turn into a beast come playoff time.

Anyone not named Risto, Gus, Grigs or Reinhart.

I think, along with Myers, we have a bevy of fine young canniba...I mean, prospects that would interest Misters Sakic and Roy.

Would try to offer someone else. Maybe 2 players. Not Ennis either. for now.

And Gringo is starting to tear it up. Could be his turning point. Plus he is a RFA at seasons end too.

Ennis has grown on me.

At first I figured he'd be an Afinogenov clone: 100mph, gets nothing done except putting his teammates offside.

I think the kid, with some better players on the other lines to take some pressure off, can be a 50+ point guy every year.

I certainly love his hustle and slickness.

I want to like the kid. I'm pulling for him.

And I hope you're right. Then we don't need to trade for anyone, really.

I think a lot depends on where we're picking, come June.

With better players he can make a guy like ROR play great. Can't trade off the compliment players. We get a guy like ROR or Duchene . they cant be on a line with Ellis cause thats the best we have left.

It's getting close to crunch time for TM. Hope he makes the right choices . Hope he has the opportunity also. Takes 2 to make a trade.

That's my kind of getaway!

Quiet when it needs to be, but looks like fun, too.

I have a feeling he's going to jettison most of the UFA's because there arent many that are good enough to stay, but he's not going to get much for them either.
If he makes a hockey trade, weather its before the deadline or this summer, it will be interesting to see what he is able to pull off.

I hate taking on more draft picks, but if that's all we can get, then do it.

At the very least, it helps keep the cupboards stocked that much longer, or currency for future trades.

There are a couple posters on here I would consider dropping the $20 to avoid having to read (reed) on here.

Seriously, if Ek builds in a 'Block Poster' function I'd consider ponying up the cash.

Let me attempt to engage you, if you will. The very essence of posting "comments" "Opinions" or the way in which individuals add or detract from the blog is completely within the "readers" per-view of what they think positively or negatively about the given post. You do realize that you are NOT obligated to Agree, Disagree, be somewhere in the middle, or READ IT!

The whole point of a open blog is to allow freedom of expression to a level that the rules prohibit. Past that, you may limit your blog to your four "besties" if you so desire in order to only hear what is in your narrow scope of proper and correct, Just text each other about the blog without dealing with any others. This way you can sleep comfortably and know you will always be right and never here alternatives modes or expression or ideas.

Oh Wait, We already have FOX NEWS for this!

As long as we get players back that actually play. A pick or 2 would be ok but we need to start getting this team ready to compete.

Totally agree. I just dont see any of our UFA's increasing their trade value right now. So thats why i speculate we wont get much. Im sure Stewart or Stafford could help a playoff team out. But thats only if a need develops due to an injury or something.

He's pretty much already a 50pt guy. Maybe you meant 60pts
