crap like these rants bore the hell out of me

- homiedclown

Okay, I can understand that.

Boring, but are we talking about boring?

Your running, fishing, golfing stories have the same effect on me.
You know what I do ?
I just don't comment on them and scroll on by them.

Same breath, not saying you are wrong for posting that type of stuff.
If that's what you want to post, then post it, feel free.

Just like the ones that post here about losing there cubicle jobs.
Or the ones that post about their house being broken into.
Or the ones that post about how much their puppy is going to cost them because he jumped of the bed.

None of them are wrong in posting that stuff, at all.
In fact, I enjoy hearing those stories and offering help if I could in any way.

My point being?
Everyone does it from time to time so please do me a favor and get off the soapbox.
And please, feel free to continue on with your boring stories. (And that's not a knock, it's just not everyone finds them interesting)
Meanwhile, i'll just continue to scroll on by them and not get on my soapbox and cry about how you are boring me to tears.
Might I suggest you do the same with my "boring posts"?
Thanks.

And to think not too long ago some here thought their pick would be higher than ours. What a difference a healthy John Tavares and half decent goaltending makes.

Although, I think depending on the matchup it wouldn't surprise me if both were 1st round exits.

Goes both ways dude. Even if he's in the wrong, he's not the only one. There's a lot of miscellaneous talk here. Which I honestly don't mind but you can't single one guy out for it.

He was talking about the personal attacks not the actual stories, IMO.
That's what gets old and boring.

This may sound crazy, but actual life conversations may happen on a message board once in a while.

Talking about everytime he posts he puts people down or his posts make it sound that way, that is what Homie and others are talking about.

I know , now you are going to tell a man as experienced and as old as I am after raising all 6 of my children and watching (all of their friends and cousins) grow up that the technology age is not lazy?

Okay, you really are indeed a piece of work.

Laziest generation I have seen yet.
Not to mention how disrespectful your generation is as well.

I mean after all, us parents discipline our kids we know you guys will call the cops on us for abuse.
Back in our day, we got beat with whatever was near our parents/grandparents to utilize and we took it.

poop, in school principles had 3 foot perforated paddles in their closets to use on us and were allowed to.

There is a HUGE disparity between our generation and yours/my children's in so many ways.
Your generation is beyond lazy while I (our generation) was working in the family owned store at 9 years old getting paid with packs of sports cards, not sitting with my face buried in my electronic device.

Like I said my children go from 30 - 16 and each one of them knows they could never nor ever want to keep their Dads pace.
Each one of them know their generation is lazy, they admit it.

Pure comedy I tell ya.

Nice read about Murray's great ASSets (Wow i need to stop). But good point at the end finding a team with a young scorer that could be traded. I know that Seguin trades dont happen often but it's hard not to look towards tampa for a young gunslinger. Kucherov? Just thinking of a young scorer that could possibly be moved.

Anyone else you guys would dream to target thats not completely unrealistic?

- yen6d1

Because of the absurd number of A-level prospects coming one thing I would like to see us do is try to move any pick past #60 to a future draft. For example, trade our third rounder for a second in 2016 or later. That woud allow us to keep the prospect pool full for years to come.

what do we have that could help Tampa though? they are pretty good on D (once they get players back) and Goalie.. we don't have forwards and it would be a swap.

if we are dreaming then what about Teuvo Teravainen.

- IndianaSabresFan

great point with tampa..maybe picks? idk because they have the rags 1st i believe.

i could dream of teuvo with you, could make a nice pair with armia
