Absolutely. I think while they might be similar players I just don't see ROR as moving our team forward. One of the best things that we have going for us is that our D will be slightly older and more experienced than our forwards when things get good.

ROR, over hyped, overatted and soon to be over paid.

If it was that easy, don't you think Edmonton would have found someone like that already?

you can't go wrong at Gabriel's Gate or Osteria 166

Depends on what you want to be near. If you're looking to be by the FNC, those aren't exactly close.

Granted nothing in Buffalo is really that far apart, but when it's 5 degrees outside, Gabriel's Gate is quite a hike from the FNC.

I know , now you are going to tell a man as experienced and as old as I am after raising all 6 of my children and watching (all of their friends and cousins) grow up that the technology age is not lazy?

Okay, you really are indeed a piece of work.

Laziest generation I have seen yet.
Not to mention how disrespectful your generation is as well.

I mean after all, us parents discipline our kids we know you guys will call the cops on us for abuse.
Back in our day, we got beat with whatever was near our parents/grandparents to utilize and we took it.

poop, in school principles had 3 foot perforated paddles in their closets to use on us and were allowed to.

There is a HUGE disparity between our generation and yours/my children's in so many ways.
Your generation is beyond lazy while I (our generation) was working in the family owned store at 9 years old getting paid with packs of sports cards, not sitting with my face buried in my electronic device.

Like I said my children go from 30 - 16 and each one of them knows they could never nor ever want to keep their Dads pace.
Each one of them know their generation is lazy, they admit it.

Pure comedy I tell ya.

That is amusing. Makes me wish I was home with mine right now, instead of stuck at work though.

SPECTOR’S NOTE: Sabres GM Tim Murray claims he’s not shopping Myers and it’ll take a major offer for him to consider it. O’Reilly would be of interest to Murray but he’ll want assurances he can re-sign him. He’s not going to ship out Myers for a player who’ll bolt next summer via free agency. The Avs seek a top-two defenseman. The Leafs could offer up Cody Franson but he’s a UFA this summer. Jake Gardiner isn’t top-two material yet. They’ll likely want Morgan Rielly in return. The Coyotes could offer up Keith Yandle. Brough wonders if the Canadiens could move Alexei Emelin, but his no-trade clause says no. The Capitals could offer up pending UFA blueliner Mike Green. Right now, if the Coyotes really want O’Reilly, I’d say they could make the best offer. I don’t believe the Oilers have anything to seriously interest the Avs.

I saw last week a rumor of ROR for Yandle straight up.

I think he is the perfect second line player on a team ready to make a run

The problem is he will demand the most money he can get and thus be priced at a first line contract.

If the goal is to build the best team possible in a cap era, not a viable option IMO

that rumor made no sense to me

18 months from now ROR walks and Yandle is elsewhere

The only way to think that would work is if the yotes think they can flip ROR into a return next season like what the Sabres got for Vanek

Pretty much no matter where you live you're spending a portion of the year indoors more than outdoors.

Down south it's the hot months because to spend too much time outside in the heat can be dangerous, just like spending too long out in the cold here can be dangerous.

There's not many places you can go that have pretty perfect weather year round. I've heard San Diego is nice, weather wise. Too close to the Mexican border though.

The only way to be productive in the summer down here is 7 am starts, otherwise way too damn hot

San Diego and Miami are as good as it gets, but both have big issues

Three of the sites they 'white listed' are down town. I was curious which site people in here preferred.

Where I am we have about 6 weeks of very hot weather. But its not terrible. The worst day i experienced so far was the day i moved in when it was 94 and humid.

Other than that it is currently 63 degrees. I like the heat though so i cant speak for everyone.
