- Sabres & Bills finally having a direction
- New Stadium?

Many positives going on in Buffalo that could have easily went the other way years ago? We can all b!tch about coaching, GM's, tank and posters on here all we want, some take things way to serious!

O’Reilly would be of interest to Murray but he’ll want assurances he can re-sign him. He’s not going to ship out Myers for a player who’ll bolt next summer via free agency. The Avs seek a top-two defenseman. The Leafs could offer up Cody Franson but he’s a UFA this summer. Jake Gardiner isn’t top-two material yet. They’ll likely want Morgan Rielly in return. The Coyotes could offer up Keith Yandle. Brough wonders if the Canadiens could move Alexei Emelin, but his no-trade clause says no. The Capitals could offer up pending UFA blueliner Mike Green. Right now, if the Coyotes really want O’Reilly, I’d say they could make the best offer. I don’t believe the Oilers have anything to seriously interest the Avs.

if buffalo moves Myers i think they get set back on the re-build..

as it sits right now they don't have much value in Veteran defense for next year. gorges is not enough to make up for a bunch of young-ins and vet quality d-men are not on the UFA market cheap and you get rapped on trades for them.

It's amazing how different the Arena district looks now compared to 2 years ago. Before it was a ghost town down there other than the people going to the game. Now there's people all over the place and it doesn't even matter if there's an event at the FNC or not. It's awesome.

I'd move Myers for Hall but not ROR.

I was down there for the game and my friend and I always park up by Fountain Plaza since he has a parking pass for work up there. We take the train down and it was packed. It tends to get busy for game day in general, but not like it was on Saturday.

Rotary Rink was packed, there were tons of people in the Canalside rink, lots of buzz around 716. It was good to see. It's really amazing how much has finally gotten done and how much of a difference it's made.

it depends on the return

if they moved him for a few plug and play guys that can consistently produce up front, they would be fine if they signed a paul martin

I am tired of trading for the regehr's, rivet's, gorges of the world

The downside of going mostly kids is they will be in cap hell 5 years from now when they start to peak

Absolutely. I think while they might be similar players I just don't see ROR as moving our team forward. One of the best things that we have going for us is that our D will be slightly older and more experienced than our forwards when things get good.
