And you sir take yourself far too seriously. You do realize the quote you used this time was used in a discussion regarding a WGR personality . You realize Weber is common fodder for bad defensive play. Not everything is about you.

I've been saying this for a while now.....

With Darcy there, they will do everything they can to out-tank us. They are already a bad team and they are proving they are in tank mode for sure. Once they ship off a could of their key pieces, it is really going to be a battle.

The Oilers are bad as well, but they at least have some offensive talent on their team. I am hoping they will score enough and get average play out of their goalie at some point.

But, in Arizona, they already shipped out their best goalie and are going to be shipping their better players out very soon. I don't think a 5 point lead on them will be enough. We must keep losing.....and losing every game. It is going to be a battle until the very last game, I'm afraid. I really hope all of those stupid shootout wins don't cost us.

A lot of people look at this season as a disaster. The fact is, though, the only way this season is a disaster is if we don't end up with the 1st or 2nd pick. If we finish 29th and end up picking 3rd..........that is the disaster. If we finish dead last, outside of winning the Stanley Cup, we will have had the best possible season.

But yeah......Arizona is a real threat to us. As bad as we are, they could be just as bad, or worse, really soon......

Domi is good lol. Reinhart didn't help him toe drag and go top shelf through traffic on that one goal. Reinhart didn't help him thread the needle on some of his passes. Reinhart isn't helping him achieve nearly 2 ppg in the OHL.

Domi is a pretty high end skilled winger we'd love to have. But
Not for two 1sts, a top pairing D, and Grigorenko. Hell no.

I’m going against the norm here and saying Buffalo should trade Chris Stewart to LA for Mike Richards.
Stewart is a little younger and cheaper, but doesn’t have the offense now or in the past of Richards. Their stats today are almost identical. I don’t follow LA, but they seem heavy at center and light on the wing
On the Buffalo side – they are horrible TODAY at CENTER (the lack of goals on the team has probably something to do with the fact we don’t make any plays at center. AND can we get a center to get in front of the net??). Hey Ted, we might want to name Cody Hodgson – in some trade rumors soon.
In the near future with Girgensons, Reinhart and McDavid we’ll have the youth to excel at the center position…. By adding a guy like Richards, would not only help now, but also in the future.

There was a Phil Kessel for Max Domi rumor floating around this week.

And while Phil has been on the hot seat w/ the Toronto media, I think it'd probably take something like; Myers, Grigorenko and picks to bring a Kessel-like (potential 40g scorer & the best palyer on Team USA in the olympics?) player to Buffalo.



Like Reinhart, Max Domi comes with immense talent and an elite NHL pedigree. What's more, is that the natural chemistry he has w/ Reinhart is proven...

There's no guarantee (or proof0 that Reinhart made Domi. Sam didn't show such chemistry with anyone during his stint with the big club. But rather reinhart's & domi's styles seem to compliment each others. And now a bird in the hand is worth 2 in the bush.

It's a bad fit for both teams. Domi doesn't really do anything for me right now, and if I'm Arizona, other than maybe Reinhart, there's nothing I would want from the Sabres, not even Myers.
