well your first statement already proves you're just a casual fan if you think bobrovsky did poop after winning the vezina. he finished 7th overall last season in the vezina voting, which shouldnt be a surprise considering he had 30+ wins and a .923 save percentage.

and by "bob" i assume you mean bryzgalov, and yes he was the worst goalie the flyers have had in modern history. boucher and leighton combined made less money than bryzgalov would get taxed on his god awful contract. and boucher/leighton were mostly intended to be backups, not the guarenteed started after signing a multi million dollar longterm deal.


and the luke schenn trade is highly relevant. just because you don't want to admit the flyers made terrible moves that turned them from a cup contender to a bubble playoff team doesn't mean i can't bring them up.

How does the fact that Homer overpaid for Bryz make him worse than the other 2 goalies. Yes both goalies were intended to be backups that is why they were both used as starters........ If they were backups why did the two of them play more playoff games for the Flyers than Bobrovsky? Are you really that stupid? Were you dropped on your head as a child?

As for Schenn for JVR, I already admitted it was bad but it isn't relevant because the team would still suck. Try reading next time.
