Long Island kids get a negative rep all throughout NY especially upstate and western NY. Some of the nicest kids I met in college were from LI but at the same time the biggest douches were from there too and 90% of the scumbag off-campus frats and sororities were made up of Long Islanders.

I lived in Manhattan, Queens, and long island amongst places and id say there are douches in every place I just mentioned. Bensonhurst doesnt have any less than Lindenhurst. Theres plenty of douches to go around in NY and every borough. Just bcs a few of your college buddies decided it as such doesnt make it any more of a fact
