Not sure. moulson does....giontas is modified....i assume because georges was "convinced" to come here that theres something keeping him tied to gionta. I think giontas deal is that if we still suck towards the end of his career we'll trade him to a playoff team.

Many times when a player waives their NMC/NTC it becomes null and void.

When they traded for Regehr it was contingent on them retaining his NMC.

My guess is they did the same thing to Gorges.

He actually took a few bad hits already this year. This is the first one that knocked him out of the lineup. I'd actually say the worst part is that the hit not only took him out, but took Foligno out too.
