Sammy will be great. EJ needs a lot of work to be even a game manager but if a QB wasn't drafted everyone would have lost it.

Agreed but hindsight is 20/20 with Whaley. If he does get a decent QB this offseason he set the roster up to be a playoff team. It all depends on the QB.


Had he not traded down to get EJ and the pick to get Kiko it would look real bad but to know "their" guy was still going to be there and was able to draft a stud on D. That with the Hughes trade, the Graham pick up and drafting Brown. Whaleys had put his stamp and built a championship caliber D. Get a QB and the Bills have the pieces minus a guard or two in place. A lot of that is because of Whaley.

Well considering that's the only kinda NFL QB he has on his roster what is he going to say? Had Orton not retired Polian would be in the front office. So Orton is good enough for Polian so Whaley needs to finding someone a little better

If Polian's mind was made up based on Orton, he has lost his mind. Orton sucks.

IMO the Bills won exactly zero more games with him that what they would have won with EJ. The defence won every game with Orton at the helm. Again, just my opinion.
