Nope. What's neat is the Habs actually have been consistently earning their praise, albeit they get very little nationally. The funny part is that because the leafs have done (frank) all for 40 + years their fan base and media needs to create a fake sense of inclusiveness and relevance to soothe the beat up ego of the avg leaf fan. What have the leafs done recently to even discuss that question? The joke really is the fake hype the leafs get.

Oh the irrelevant stuff is cute, considering the Montreal media (like this blog) seem to always bring up the Leafs. It's great you guys say that, but are the first to always bring up the franchise that has been irrelevant for 40+ years. Wish it were only 21 years though.

the 'us vs the world' mentality is a little over played considering all the love the Canadiens get especially from the Toronto media.

And if you have been paying attention, when the Leafs were on that 10-1-1 run that media creating " a fake sense and relevance" went on about how that pace was unsustainable and things will come crashing down.
