Nashville is not a seller. NTC & NMC Along with the cap is making it tough to deal. Boston needs a couple of tweaks, not a rebuild.

You guys need a top line RW. We have Eberle but I don't know how Boston would make that cap number work. I would be willing to do Eberle + Marincin + Pittsburgh's 1st for Dougie Hamilton.

Is a complete non starter for me. Chara is in the twilight of his career, Seidenberg is not the same and Boychuk is gone. Trading Hamilton is a rebuild IMO. Eberle is not that good to warrant Hamilton. I would try a team that has a bit more NHL caliber depth in their core like Nashville.

I love Dougie!!! I'm a Bruins fan 2nd to being an Oilers fan. I said when he was drafted that he would be far better than Adam Larsson and would one day be in the running for a Norris trophy. I don't think I'm far off on those predictions. He would be an amazing pickup for the Oilers. A future 1st pairing of Nurse and Hamilton would have me stroking it Big Joe style!

Right. But if they're looking to trade for an upgrade in top 4 D than Boston is not the team to be calling. We do however have a glut of 5-6 guys. Trading Hamilton IMO would be the trigger of a rebuild as you've just walked away from the future of your defense leaving Rask truly on his own. Not that he is far from it at the moment.
