That for sure. And probably hiding an injury.
- PLindbergh31

There is no way that Jason Akeson can help this team less than Matt Read right now.
No Way!

No. (frank)ing. Way!

- BiggE

The sad thing is..
You could literally take Matt Read out of that sentence and replace him with 5-6 other names and it would still be applicable.

Is Lavi still coaching the 'Canes or something?

(or are the Flyers just that bad?)

I like Laughton but at this point it might serve him better to send him back down to the phantoms. This team is a mess. Give the kid a chance to play on a structured team. Just sayin.

They've been that bad tonight -- VLC's line is generating zone time, and Giroux and Voracek are doing what they do

Everybody else is busy not giving a (frank) and getting their asses kicked

At this rate, we'll be looking forward to drafting DeBrincat in 2016 as well.

Read has to be in the press box based on this performance. He's lost.
- PLindbergh31

I believe Matt Read was right where he's supposed to be, next to Couturier. I noticed Raffl's play was drifting off playing with G and Jake but Couturier and Read have something good going.

Del Zotto having a bad game himself.

I like Laughton a lot but I wish he'd find his groove.

They are coming off 3 straight losses, and are being embarrassed by the worst team in the Eastern Conf. What does that tell you?

Still hoping for Hanifin. If we keep playing like this, we might overshoot and accidentally land McDavid
