Supposedly Miller and Stempniak were supposed to rotate on the 3rd line during rushes this morning. But Miller never got in. So I give it a 0.1% chance he plays. At this point I am hoping it is due to some injury cause otherwise it makes no sense.

AV might like the speed stempniak provides against the slower devils along with his PK ability against one of the top PPs in the league.

Miller is not long for the NY Rangers world. We have already started to see things leak about his commitment level and doing what it takes to be a pro. For whatever reason the powers that be (which spans two coaches) do not favor him even when he plays well.

J Moore will be moved at some point as a cog in a deal. I've been a big fan of his but at this point I see him being a repeat of Erixon and Del Zotto. It may not be this year but it will come before his salary increases past that of Glass.

I really hope Hagelin stays and that Staal and MZA sign cap friendly extensions sooner rather than later. With any luck MSL will resign at a team friendly discount and all will be well in the world.

Adam Herman's fun stat of the day: Ilya Bryzgalov, who has played 74:32 this season, has as many points as Tanner Glass.
