Back in the era where Gene could actually write a song
- grand-magus

I got a huge KISS collection , I think he still can write good tunes but the times have changed with him that's for sure.

Thought the same weeks back . He is working . Not taking over the team . But we need players that will produce even at these scoreless times.

when he came out flat after the second lock out, I was done with him

either you have it, or you don't

girgens has it
staff doesn't

he can take his guitar hero and millions of dollars and go somewhere else, ASAP

They'll probably keep one of staff or stewart. If he's willing to comeback on a 1 or 2 year deal im okay with it.

Its squandered talent. He can skate, good shot, quick release, but my god when he disappears hes just an anonymous henchman. Girgensons and ennis are still making plays and going to the net regardless of the score.

this

I never complained about ennis, may have labeled him max II due to lack of effort from his linemates

I have no issues with gionta or moulson up front but aside from ennis and girgens the only sabre that was on this roster 2 weeks ago that I want to see up front is flynn, a third liner

other then that, they all can go

mitchell can stick around for the right price

I wouldn't keep either as well but just a gut feeling that one sticks around on a short term deal.

I'd try and trade them to edmonton and carolina, two birds one stone.

I know what you are saying. I just disagree. Armia would have been called up already had his injuries not gotten in the way. He has earned it. Armia played in a mens league before coming over and spent a decent amount of time in the AHL and performed well. Hes a top line talent that deserves a shot
- MCGUIZZY

Yes, he "earned" his call up...
And would likely have been here earlier if not for injury
BUT
neither u or GOOSE have given any evidence why his good (not great) play in the AHL makes him deserving of TOP LINE action in the NHL

THIS IS HIS 1ST NHL GAME
Put ng him on the top line right away is setting him up for failure

Deslauriers too. I like moulsons game too. Not a great skater but knows where to go. Hard to not like a guy that can produce without the god given talent of other guys.

Why?

Marrone is playing his best option to try and beat our biggest rival, and EJ is a year 2 QB who obviously isn't as..umm.. ready to start as Orton. I don't see the correlation between the coach starting "the best chance to win" and him getting fired for it.

Because he plays a top 6 role.

Armia is a young Moulson in the regards that they're both snipers that have above average speed. You don't play a kid like that on the third line. I believe he was played properly. It also helps to note he was actually filling in for Moulson.

I give up. No matter what the team does with guys, 50% of the people around here complain about it.

If they call up guys like Grigorenko or Armia and play them in a bottom 6 role, the coach gets criticized for not using them properly and putting them on lines with guys who aren't going to help them produce.

If they get put in the top 6, the coach gets criticized for putting them in a role they didn't earn and is said to be setting them up for failure.

You can't just now be noticing this, same way when they win or lose. " I want them to lose but why are they playing bad" ?

Even though he took that brutal delay of game, Brian Flynn is one of the most underrated players on this team.

I think that on a contender he's a dan paille type

I want them to lose but have the young players play well.

I don't care if Gionta ever scores, or Torrey Mitchell or Andrej Mezaros.

I want to see Girgensons get better, Myers continue to play well, Ennis do well. Anyone part of this teams future

He is the most under rated player on this team.

It took 3 coaches to realize he's better than half the forwards here
