Staff has been playing pretty good lately.

Just an IMO but I've thought he's been fine for the most part from when Nolan took over-present.

Unfortunately he's part of the "Suck Sisters" or I'd be fine with them resigning him.

1 point ahead of the Yotes with one more game played.

We have the 2nd least amount of regulation wins.

Thought the same weeks back . He is working . Not taking over the team . But we need players that will produce even at these scoreless times.

I'm way off?

You said they're scouting two of our kids.

How am I way off? Just going off what you said.

Yea 2 young players, one they have wanted for a while now, the other would IMO be included in a deal along with Myers. Oilers want a number 1 D man, Center plus another player and a pick.

Not saying the Sabres have contacted the Oilers or the Oilers contacted the Sabres, just saying that scouts from the Oilers were at the game tonight.

That's fine. I appreciate the info.

However, it doesn't change the fact that the Oilers need more kids like JFK needs another hole in the head.

I guess if they're trading some kids away to make room for one or two more, to perhaps change the culture, then OK, I guess?

Personally, I'm wary of bringing in any of the Oilers youngins. That's a LOSING organization, the way it's run right now, and I'm afraid some of these kids may be damaged goods.

If the player is Taylor Hall any team in the NHL should listen and check in, the Oilers want a number 1 D man and a Center, Sabres have the players to do it but who know's if they will.

For sure.

It's bad business to not kick the tires on Hall.

If it's Myers (who I'm, at this point, wary of dealing, but you gotta give to get) and Hodge for Hall +, fine. Do it. Imo, Hall is a great player, but he's never cracked 30 goals. Myers is turning into a nice shutdown D man capable of playing 25+ a night. You don't just give those guys away.

And I'm definitely not trading Pysyk if I'm trading Myers. Pysyk becomes my shutdown guy then.

I agree I wouldn't move Myers either but for Hall I would consider it, I know the Oilers have wanted Psysk ever since he was with the Oil Kings.

IMO this is all the media claiming Hall is on the block or it's the Oilers trying to light a fire under certain players. Hard to explain trading Hall if you ask me.

The Oilers certainly have enough talent up front to deal him. The Sabres certainly have enough talent on D to deal Myers, if and only if it lands them a top line forward.

Two franchises dealing from positions of strength, so it would seem that they'd be a match made in Hockey Heaven

As long as it's not another Omark coming back...

It warms the heart when the Rags lose.

So...most underrated KISS song?

I would go with either "Exciter" off Lick it Up, or "Magic Touch" off Dynasty.

Great picks.

Honestly, I thought about Creatures, and - one of my favorites - the Oath off The Elder.
