They sure look pretty damn good.

They are. I don't know if they'll go real deep in the postseason, but I think they can get out of the first round at least.

BTW, I love seeing Boston outside of a playoff spot almost halfway into the season.

I like them.

Acquiring Grabovski, Halak, Boychuck and Leddy were great moves.

Funny how Sabres fans were thinking they were getting a lottery pick this year and bashing all the Islanders all summer...

Good thoughts Eric - it is glaringly obvious that Emelin has lost something. I haven't really seen him throw is body around a whole lot lately. His decision making leaving the zone are atrocious. I know the cap is going up but Chucky still needs to sign and we don't know if a bridge deal is in the cards since Gally just got a long term deal. Hard to imagine upgrading Emelin with his reasonable cap hit. Throwing in DD with Emelin on a deal to bring a bigger name defenseman might be work it. ps - Sekac is going to be monster very very soon - exceeding expectations for this guy.

Never understood why that guy can't stick on a team. He's pretty good. Maybe not the best attitude, but still ...

Heard on the radio this morning that Desharnais was shopped by the habs in a player for player deal.

Seems to me it's the case with half of the star forwards in this league. I heard lately Taylor Hall is "uncoachable" ... Come on ! Every player cannot be Sidney Crosby.

well Toronto had him signed long term and then Nonis bought him to sign Clarkson. but clearly Burke and Snow felt good enough to sign him to a long term deal.

Ribeiro puts up better numbers and he can't stick to a team either.

Dallas tolerated him for a while because he was at a point per game for them

Stood in for somebody on friday in a league with a caliber a notch or two higher than I had ever faced. Showed combativity and a razor-sharp focus, and turned in a great game to help my team win
