than Vancouver. He will always have a team of young players and players who cant find jobs elsewhere

Yeah, we bought a three bed house in SW Edmonton during the recession for just under $270k, and it's a 5 minute walk to the train. My commute to the university is 20 minutes door to door, and I spend most of my free time in the river valley
