The thing that gets my dander up is when posters make shallow comments like "fire Lowe" thinking that it will miraculously light a fire under Ebs and Schultz and make them intense players, or the justified criticism of Stu Magreggors dear brecord followed by "fire Mac T. I see the real issues, I beleive, but I don't buy into the cheap and dirty solutions. I might seem like a know it all, but I prefer to isolate the real areas of Concern and talk about real solutions. Doesn't seem like a lot of people want to go there. Top 5 areas of concern:
1. Drafting. Stu MacGreggor is ultimately responsable.
2. AHL affiliation terminated after this season. New team must be established with a firm understanding that the development of Oulers draftees is the number one Priority. Kevin Lowe certainly accountable.
3. Intensity and competitiveness on the ice in games and in practice. Interim head coach accountable.
4. Incomplete roster. Upgrade on Defense, goal, and Center a must. MacTavish ultimately accountable, with pressure on Howson and pro scouts.
5. Core group needs to be sheltered by veterans . MacTavish ultimately responsable with pressure on Howson and pro scouts.

Realistically, these concerns must be dealt with no later than Aug 1st in some cases, but the sooner the better.

Yeah, I agree with 100% of that. All I was calling out was the way you treated people haha. I only think jb and Alexoil need that kind of treatment on a regular basis. The others don't last long enough for me to even care about. Although some quickSCF guy was pretty bad
