To protect your $8+ million franchise player I'd take the frigging Hanson brothers at this point. This is setting a terrible precedent.

Nah..lets not call up Rosehill because you know we need more shifts for VDV, PEB, VL and Corpse.

oh a hundred percent agree with you there. no offense taken. it would be ridiculous to think otherwise.

im not advocating the flyers do something dirty. nor should this mentality be how they always need to be. but right now in this game the liberties being taken on giroux are ridiculous.

Unleash the peanuts is in reference to how this club should always play. I despise this approach to the game. Robotic machine style.

I live a 10 min drive from the rink. Maybe streaking down the ice in front of Berube would cause a reaction.

Couldn't agree more with that description and the problem is they dont have the overall talent , speed, skill, whatever to play that machine style.

Put 5 cups of oatmeal out there and it would bring more of a physical element then this team does, sans Rindaldo! (lol, i somewhat kid)

Rosehill wouldn't stop the hits Giroux's been taking tonight. Need team toughness. Got to start hitting them back.

Seems like less arguing, and hardly any pissing matches over semantics. Refreshing. Can't put my finger on why.

One step closer to Berube being fired. Looking at positives.

Maybe he wouldnt stop those hits but he would at least go out next shift and respond.
Dont get me wrong. Rosehill doesnt solve the problem of team toughness but when it comes down to it , what are you losing by scratching one of the other 4 for a player like that?

Ohh hell if its me I'd rather have Stortini and Rosehill in for Umberger and LeCavalier. Would be entertaining at least.

Also Giroux has gotten run 67 times but hey we are playing disciplined and no one responded to that's a positive.

Somebody that can take a regular shift.

They have guys who can lay hits. Simmonds, both Schenns, Laughton, Grossmann. Those guys are all guys who have size and are good hitters.

If Simmonds goes out there and levels Andrew Ladd or Bryan Little, it's a bigger response than Rosehill pounding Thorburn

They should show Umberger the video of when Campbell made him his female dog.

Maybe ignite the trash fire for a few shifts.

We can agree to disagree then ..

If you are going to dress 4 cones then sit 1 of those cones and at least dress a player that will stand up for someone.
