i know. hes pissing me off because apparently even he doesnt have the ability to make guys like bryan rust and bobby farnham into nhl scorers.

i am impatient.

package the first. derrick pouliot. something else. get a winger.

So really, you're saying the Penguins lack the offensive scoring depth of the Flyers?

Standard sarcastic.

Really, after Giroux, Voracek, Simmonds and Schenn, our highest point-producing forward is Sean Couturier with 15 points. That would match him with Steve Downie on the Penguins. Yes, that Steve Downie. Guys like Blake Comeau and Nick Spaling would be welcome additions to our 3rd line.

for all his flaws, and although i do think it was a good deal for the flyers overall, the scoring depth did take a hit with hartnell.

the flyers traditionally have 5 or so guys over 20 goals. the pens, not so much. despite their wingers getting to play with the 2 best playmakers the game has going.

while ill admit im biased and ill give the nod to crosby and malkin over the duo of g and g voracek, they certainly have closed the gap considerably. guys like comeau and read would be welcome additions to your THIRD line, but on the pens, they are first/second line players.

i noticed a certain someone missing while reading your list. i mean if he really isnt wanted...
