I wish there was some video of when the injury actually happened. If it was a routine save on MDZ's shot, it seems more likely to be back spasms. If he had to stretch suddenly or push off awkwardly, the probability of some sort of herniation rises.

I went into a Hallmark store to buy some Christmas cards and I learned that there is an actual Claude Giroux Christmas ornament.

That was the good news.

The bad news is the (frank)er was sold out.

I wasn't sure if I was more happy that one existed (I want one) or was pissed that they were sold and I couldn't buy one.

Probably got it from having to carry this garbage team, surprised G and Jake haven't passed out yet.

Hope it's nothing serious, dude is playing very good hockey.

On the plus side, this means Stolarz will get more playing time for the Phantoms while Zepp is up. I would say our drafting position but the truth is we all know that even if they end up with the worst record, they're not gonna get the 1st pick. Thankfully this year's draft class has a couple of future studs.

I think there are some a-holes out there who like poking the bear with sticks, but I also think there are some people who either truly don't realize that what a guy was at 23 isn't what he automatically is at 25, or said vicious things about him as a player when he was struggling and don't want to own that they were wrong.

You'd be surprised at how many people just will not own when they were incorrect about what a player will do.

Was thinking if they can pick up a late first or early 2nd I wouldn't mind taking a goalie if there is considerable talent at the position available.
