Well that was in regard to the hypothetical that we could turn a bad situation into a good one...

But since you ask... no.. I would rather not at this point. They aren't going anywhere in postseason, assuming they even make it... and they are boring as f*** to watch, so the best thing that could come out of this crappy season, is a high draft pick. If that means a couple of our only decent players go out, than so be it... (don't mistake that for 'hoping for injury')...

Buuuuut they will finish middle of the pack no matter what... even if Giroux + Voracek were out yet... because that's just how the Flyers roll... not good enough to make playoffs, but too good not to get a decent pick..

with mason out i think giroux and voracek will cool down because mason helps weather the siege

Sucks to hear about the Mason injury. Ray Emery put together a streak against pretty tough opponents early this season, he has my full confidence.
