Thanksgiving last year we marinated a leg of lab for 48 hours in red wine, garlic and chili and then put it into the slow cooker for 10 hours. You could cut it with a spoon

True. Its the best.

When you fill your freezer with venison and 60 pounds of ground is in there... you look for ways to mix it up. I've done ground venison a hundred ways by now.

If a Greek restaurant doesnt do a good roast lamb meal, I wont return.

All this talk about traditional and I forgot,,, when I was growing up in Toronto, traditional Greek restaurants served goat. People who were squeemish ordered lamb. Goat was excellent.

I miss those restaurants on E. Danforth where the street signs were in Greek.

I like lamb on a spit.

Try this

Dig a hole and have a fire in it. Once the coals are crazy hot, wrap a boneless beef roast in foil and stick it in the hole and cover it up. Give it about 3 he's(depending on weight of roast) Dig up and enjoy

My wife would never eat it because she had a bad dish once. She recently tried a dish I ordered and she was like " I have been eating this the whole time I could have been eating that!).

I like the idea of going for Krug however if we are shipping off valuable assets i'd prefer it be for someone with a tad more potential.

The assistant coach was on 1040 and was asked about what Jake brings to the team, and he responded that Jake needs to earn his place on the team. Followed up by raving about Reinhart, McDavid, Point, Hickets. Bob Mackenzie says JV is basically a lock so mixed reviews.
