Play KB with Sedins. A few passes from KB into the skates of hank will lead to a season ending injury. that should get us in the top 5 pick and the rest will be upto Marwood and his connections with baby jebus to get us 1OA.

I could see the B's being interested in Bonino. He's locked into a very favorable contract for the next 3 years. B's will be screwed next year with the cap not going up much and still having to sign a bunch of young guys. Maybe they go with a guy like Bonino who is cheap and allow them to afford to keep some of those other guys. Maybe at the cost of a guy like R. Smith etc

We sure look slow out there. It seems other teams have figured this out. What can we get for Bieksa and Burrows? It's getting hard to watch anymore.

Wonder if Boston would move McQuaid, would actually bring what we hoped Sbisa could IMO. Plus he's a righty so it would really give the D pairings a nice balance when healthy.

Interesting. Not enough centre depth methinks. It would however improve our speed issue.

Take out Vrbata and replace Edler with Bieksa.

Absolutely. The team gets younger with good talent, plus Vancouver's supporting depth (and defence remaining) is far superior to Edmonton. Hell, Bieksa would be a 1D in Edmonton
