Just leave him there.

I wish our AHL team was in Western Canada. So when you demoted a guy it really meant something.

I'm as aggressive as they come, but with the way they played tonight, the guys you have to keep are the ones we all know and the guys you need to move aren't going anywhere

Everybody else will likely have a little more value at the TDL if a team runs into injuries, but yeah. This team shouldn't be buying.

It pains me to say that. It truly does. But they shouldn't be buying a damn thing

he is.

i was happy when i heard he had fallen. i was thrilled when i heard it was serious with protruding bones and everything. i was downright giddy when i heard it was even worse than they thought it was.

i hope they put a metal rod in his arm and it causes too much feedback with a mic for him to resume his career. and then gets infected and kills him.

wanna see this board's collective feeling on "patience"when mason asks for a trade, cause hes been sounding pissed the last few post game interviews... and when we lose this guy we are (frank)ed
- JoeRussomanno

I don't think he would ever do that.....honestly he should be pissed....there needs to be accountability from within the dressing room to succeed."..at least he cares...he doesn't Sugar coat ineptness.

I can tell you've thought this through because you want his career to end then have him die.

There does need to be accountability in the room, but there also needs to be accountability from the coach. If a veteran plays like Braydon Coburn did tonight, he needs to be sat or have his minutes cut.

Won't happen, but it should. None of the defensemen should be immune from seeing ice time cut or being scratched.

I like Coburn and even I'll admit that first period he turned in was one of the most brutal periods I've seen a defender have in a while

They were all awful in the first, but he was really bad

Not even about liking a guy. It's about holding everyone accountable.

Coburn some awful moments especially in the first. I wasn't very keen on the Coburn/Schultz pair as a whole tonight. Choose one, get Del Zotto back in.

that first period was possibly even worse then the 2nd period vs tampa and that I thought that was impossible to top in terms of pure suck

so fundamentally bad it is scary

Their puck skills, as a whole, are just painful. I don't even understand how an entire group of NHL players can collectively handle the puck like they do

I am totally serious. There are stretches when they look like the worst puckhandling team in the entire league. I do my best to watch every team play multiple times each season, and it is horrifying how bad the Flyers are with the puck compared to the rest of the above-average teams in the league
