I can see the skill Couts has but I dont see the skill Read apparently has. He is a very basic player. His best attribute is being defensively responsible. I have seen too many times on here that people consider him a top 6 winger. He is not that kind of talent. If he is what is considered top 6 in Philly I believe that is part of the problem with this team. Lack of skill
- GOA88

I think it is in the eye of the beholder. I bet Sidney Crosby would love such a basic north/south solid 2 way winger on his line...especially at his price point.

That is where some here may feel a lack of value with him because he doesnt bring enough game changing high end skill....given the compostion of Pitts team what he brings could be perfect!

That being said...I think he is a solid 2 way player and would hate to see him leave unless he brings us a decent D prospect or a high end skill wing (realizing that would alos mean that person probably has consistency problems)

sorry if this is late.

have the forward lines for tonight been posted?

I am psyched for the return of The Cavalier, he is hungry and has been digging in deep according to the chief. so who is scratched?

The AHL player is the NHL scratch.

Its a little hard not too.... I cant be the only frustrated Flyers fan out there.
- GOA88

I think all of us are frustrated, we're just putting blame as a blanket over a multitude of people, not just singling out a player who is having an off season, and has been apparently playing through an injury...

Well he is on pace for 8 goals this season. So.... what have you done for me lately? Vinny is held to the same standard is he not?
- GOA88

Vinny is a turd who should be out on his ass sucking on paint thinner. Or at the very least retire from hockey if he doesn't like option A.

Read isn't an old player, who has his first poor season. It happens. While I do not think he is some amazing untouchable, trading him now at an all time low is kind of weird. Wtf for?

Probably Read

(I saw somewhere MDZ was one of them. I think one of the 4th liners goes though. Maybe VDV? I haven't seen which forward is gone yet)

Also, if Read was Vinny's age and signed to the same contract, I feel we would all be calling for his imminent demise.

actually in pain relieving ability it is no better

but in terms of causing tolerance, dependence, and adverse effects it is way better

So we're at the point in the day where we are bashing Matt Read because he doesn't make highlight reel plays with the puck?

found something, per Adam Kimmelman:
Lecavalier was at right wing on the fourth line during the morning skate and also had a presence on the second power-play unit.

Goddamned controls.

Who's to say it won't be better for him? Tylenol works way better than NSAIDs in pain relief for me. Don't put words into his mouth

Did I hear correctly that Vicodin isn't going to be manufactured any more? I think I heard the important people are trying to push away any hydrocodone amount higher than 5 mg? I could be off base. I don't work retail.

Fentanyl sublingual even if it wears off quick.

For my own personal use, regular Acetaminophen with Naproxen.
