If I had to chose for a trade package, I would let Myers go before I let either Risto or Zads go. I think those 2 will be Stanley Cup cornerstones in the future. Not that I think they are better, I just think as far as future usefulness.

I think people need to pump the brakes a bit on Zadorov. I know hes got the potential to be a top pairing dman but that doesn't mean he will be one. I like the guy so far, but we'll see what happens down the road.

But that's the thing - all we can do is project what any of these players will do down the line. Zadorov might be the least known of any of the names kicked around today.

I refuse. He's the real deal. I'm calling it now. Since the say he took the ice with Buffalo he just has a confidence about him. He's always communicating with his teammates. He plays solid D, not afraid to play physical. He can score and he will jump a guy if need be. All this at 19 year old.

Myers is a great example of fans getting overhyped about a player. Everyone thought Myers would be a future annual Norris candidate. No one would have guessed he would struggle over the next several seasons with inconsistent play, but that's what ended up happening.
