IMO Murray has come to the conclusion that Hanifin or Kylington is the pick barring a miracle that they win the lottery.

Could be the opportunity for him to get a top end talent and replace what is given up without screwing up the rebuild.

Just my 2 cents.

I would bet that he has'nt even given it much thought

IMO, I still think all this Hall on the block talk is just that, talk. Gotta love the media.

We don't need Myers, we need a star player that can put up 80 points, you can get a D man like him minus the size.
- SABRES 89

IMO, every game that goes by the likeliness of replacing him gets less and less.

He's top 10 in minutes, getting on the scoresheet, and leading the PK.

I agree with that and with his size, skill and speed is hard to come by.

Myers and a 1st(not ours) IMO gets you Hall.

You add they need to add.

- dadeadhead

Say you do that trade.

You can call Boston and offer them the other non Buffalo First for Lucic, to replace Foligno.

You add Hall, Lucic

You lose Myers, 2 first and Foligno.

"Myers recorded an assist and spent two minutes in the penalty box in Monday's win over the Senators.
Spin: Myers saw a season-high 31:09 of ice time in the shootout victory, bringing his average TOI up to 25:39 for the year, which would mark a career high. Despite the ample minutes, Myers isn't close to flashing the scoring ability he showed as a rookie in 2009-10, nor last season. A two percent shooting mark likely has much to do with his absence of goals, but it still seems unlikely that Myers will cash in on the immense promise he displayed just a few years earlier."

Per roto wire.

IMO he goes from Phil Housley to Andy Delmore when entering the zone.

If he needs to go for Hall, it wouldn't bother me and I do like Myers.

And why would they do that?

If I'm calling Boston its for Eriksson to play on the top line.

Don't bother even mentioning any potential realistic trades to Oilers fans.

They have bought the Kool Aid entirely and believe Hall is the lord almighty reincarnated.

That's been the case for awhile now. Also the problem with their team.

If I had to chose for a trade package, I would let Myers go before I let either Risto or Zads go. I think those 2 will be Stanley Cup cornerstones in the future. Not that I think they are better, I just think as far as future usefulness.
