I appreciate the kind words. You see it happen all the time but never think it could happen to you. Really makes you put things in perspective.

I've seen her three times Since surgeory. The last time she actually knew who I was ecknowledged me and was able to form a sentence. It was very up lifting.

He played on the 4th line the last couple weeks of last season. And a top 7 forward on buffalo is like a 4th line on most teams. CoHo had defensive issues here and an attitude problem. Same problems there without skilled guys giving him points. The guy has always been garbage. The fact that you cant admit that and the fact that u were in fact dead wrong is the most telling thing of all.

I am hoping Benning is able to make a hockey trade where a team needs depth and want a Hansen, Burrows or Higgins and we are able to pick up a youngish dman or someone who can score a bit more if given the opportunity- don't want to say project, but more change anyway from what we are showing.

I always argued we gave a much needed center up for a winger who needed years to develop. I said the trade was horrible timing. I never shat on Kassian. You are getting on my case because I wont admit I was wrong about stuff you fabricated.

I feel no shame in thinking Hodgson was going to be a 2nd liner. More people did think this than not on here. Its not like I was as high as Boinker on him... thinking he was the next Toews....

I've gotta be honest, I take Hodgson and his 0.57 PPG over Kassian and his 0.32 PPG (up until the end of last season). I don't doubt that Hodgson has disappointed so far overall, but I think in ten years time there will be no doubt over who has been the better player.
