My guess is that all 3 will sit out again tonight. Next game isn't until Friday so that leaves the entire week for Snow to sort out what roster moves he's going to make. Plus it essentially gives them another 4 days of rest.

Going to be a tough call.

Assuming we don't trade anyone (not likely):

We have one roster spot open currently (Conacher)

Three guys coming off IR (55, 3, 53)

So we have to clear two spots. What I'd prefer to see would be Reinhart sent to BPT and Strait waived. But that leaves us with 13 forwards, so someone is going to have to sit, along with Boulton, every game. Donovan would be the only extra defenseman.

Staple reports in today's Newsday that Strait was not at practice and will not be back for tonight's game.

Going to be a tough call.

Its incredible that there is always a player day-to-day.

It's really not something I'd be upset with. Keeping an extra forward and rotating out a bottom 6 guy here and there is OK. Keeps them a little fresher. Not ideal either but it's not something that's going make me angry.

No, I really don't mind it either... I just wanna see a fully healthy team. Having all of this depth will def help down the road where they can rotate a bottom-6 out and even a defenseman out to keep them fresh.

Strome should be on the first line with JT and KO. That simple.
