People will cry about how the shootout isn't real hockey, but its a part of the league for enough years now. Deal with it and suck it up.

The suckage is frustrating.

Voracek has hands all day and can't score in the shootout
- SuperSchennBros

He's a deer in headlights in the shoot out. He has no clue what to do.

it's not even frustrating anymore, because the result is the same every time. we know it. they know it. 10 years from now, after the roster has been turned over completely for the 5th time, they'll still be the worst in the league at this, losing virtually every single time.

I cannot be upset with G but Voracek is pathetic at the shootout.

Why don't more goalies come a little to cut off the angle and challenge the shooter. At 0-9 at least change the scouting report. Stop accepting defeat while doing g the same thing time after time. Sheez.

I *AM* a scientist...and I have kids. We do A LOT to take extra care of our kids. Lead paint test on the home, radon test on the home, organic foods, minimally processed foods...hell my kids don't know poop about McDonalds because the only time they set foot in one is when we're on the road and someone has to take an emergency piss...and I'll tell you this a good chunk of my science background is in microbiology, and anyone who doesn't get their kids vaccinated is a (frank)ing moron who is playing with fire for no reason. It is (frank)ing stupid.

The problem is that the article that was published in the Lancet that found links between vaccines and autism got a poopload of media attention. What did not get the same attention (and one can make a good argument that it should have gotten more) was the fact that that paper was later retracted with a high level of embarrassment (within the scientific comminity) to the authors. So since the media ignored that, dumbasses are still out there who think vaccines cause problems.

Yup! That author of that study got in HUGE trouble too. Lawsuits out the wazoo

as good as mason is, he's really pretty bad at shootouts. just like every other goalie we've had since 2005.

Coots was pretty close to not having that go in and be a save by the ducks goalie.

I think what they are missing is the shooters personally.

Our forward look exhausted when they take the shootout.

That's because they have giant albatrosses on the blueline to make up for.
