I am fine with that, so long as they move some deadweight to free up a bottom 6 spot for the future
- homiedclown

Not sure if Murray targeted him as a player or for cap reasons, but regardless, I think hes done well this year and I see the value of quality bottom 6 players. We'll see if he wants to stay and gets offered a contract. But I believe Stafford, Stewart and Kaleta will all be gone next year.

I dont see a purpose of re-signing any of those 3 since Grigorenko and Larsson both lose waiver exemption next year and are almost forcing their way on the roster.

The way I see it, Murray has some work to do for next season. I think Hodgson's time as a Sabre will be done, and Murray deals him for another NHL player.

Mikhail Grigorenko's waiver exemption of 3 year(s) and 147 games remains in place through to the end of the 2014-15 season. However, that exemption will end immediately when he appears in 147 career NHL regular season and playoff game(s). He has played in 43, meaning he is 104 away from his exemption ending.

This is incorrect.

He's waiver eligible next year.

It's pro games for 18 year olds or something to that effect.

Murray said that in a season ticket holder meet n greet I guess.

Good chance he's our token representative.

But it's the people of Latvia, I believe, who are stocking the vote.

Believe so... there's that Goalie (I want to say in the Tampa system?) but don't think he's currently in the league.

It's an either/or thing. It has to do with how many NHL games they play in and when they signed their ELC.

So since he's not going to hit his NHL game threshold this year but his ELC expires, he won't be eligible to go to the AHL unless he clears waivers.

Jordan Subban and Mitch Marner as well. And that's not even the worst of it.

How Fucale and Comrie were selected above Tristan Jarry is beyond me. I want them to win at home but part of me wants them to crash and burn, probably the only way they'll learn to stop this bullpoop.
