it's amazing how even with all of the discredited witnesses and the cop not being indicted, there seems to be no doubt that the cop was lying and the discredited witnesses are the only ones telling the truth.

The problem is not shooting the guy.
It's shooting the guy 12 times.

My opinion of Bergevin is that he gets poop done if it needs to be done.

And if I read into his pressers the right way, I believe that he suspects the Habs have a better chance at missing the playoffs than winning the cup. Not the Habs year yet.

the guy wasn't sitting there counting his bullets. he was emptying the clip. in his version, he's 100% justified. the question is whether or not his version is completely factual.

also I'm no lawyer but I've watched enough TV shows and movies to think this may betray a slight misunderstanding of how the legal system works.

So I guess you're not the kind of guy to just eat a couple of chips then putting the bag back in the cupboard.

I think there is a real race/police problem in the States and probly specifically in that area. I think for any event to have this much momentum, it had to be building up for some time. I really think the shooting of Brown was only the spark that lit the fire.

It seems that the shooting was a 'good' one, and I think the smartest of that crowd know it. But they are using this as their rally. IMO.
