Ya I'm not getting why they are icing a line up with 5/6 of Markov, Weaver, Gilbert, Emelin, Allen, and Gonchar in it. That's a whole lot of slow.

I don't get why they aren't letting Tinordi or Beaulieu make the mistakes that Allen and Weaver are making.

They don't have a legit #3 dman and that's what lead to the situation you alluded too.
It makes a weak second pairing and you can't have that, that pairing usually sees quite a bit of action.
After Markov and Subban you have a HUGE drop in the depth chart... Emelin is at best an "ok" #4. Gilbert is no better than that too, might be even weaker.

The kid is awful lol that is all. Ok well he doesn't outright suck I mean he fills out our roster. It would be fine if he was drafted in the 3rd round. But for a 3rd OVERALL pick, it's not acceptable. Just our luck right. The year the Habs suck and we
suffer through all the bullpoop happens to be the weakest draft in recent memory. AND we manage to take the injury prone guy. Right on Timmons you are awesome buddy
