Mrazek is good and many Wings fans (myself included) thought earned a back-up spot over Gustavsson. I think the Devils have enough great players to be a great team. If the draft where today we would pick at 7. Depending on how long if at all henrique and Zajac are out, we could continue losing games for a while. if your first round draft pick gets 60 points a season you would take that, right?

I'd like Perron on this team but it probably means trading one of our young defensemen seeing that Edmonton is really lacking in defense and goaltending. I don't think that either Wedgewood or Kinkaid would draw interest because they aren't developed enough yet.

I don't think Larsson or Severson should be traded because it's harder to find good right handed defensemen, meaning that it would only make sense to trade Gelinas or Merrill for Perron. I don't know if I would want to trade either of them.
